NOT SUCH A GOOD WEEK

Well I must say I have not been able to write much on my blog as late, cause I have been busy working 9-6 over the Christmas holiday period. But things took a bit of a holt as on the weekend our son Tyler (no 6th child) had an accident...or should I say was involved in an accident. After he had been celebrating a friends 17th Birthday him and a couple of friends walked around past some other friends who were having a party. Whilst him an a couple of other boys were standing near the side of the road, two of his mates were on a motor scooter driving about 50kph and hit him front on. Tyler fell back on the road and hit his head, and we gather knocked out. So to cut a long story short Steve called the ambos & police and they came and put him on the trolley, with a neck brace, and strapped everywhere and then on a drip. Tests were done & xrays and everything came back ok, except for bruising & minus some skin, but hell we can live with that. We are just counting our lucky stars that this is all that he ended up with.. I think the boy that was driving has learnt a lesson, "Never drink and get on a motor cycle"..we really do hope something was learnt from this accident. And where would we be if this story had another outcome?? We love you Tyler xx
